Registration, Payment, Cancellation, Use of Likeness, Photography & Video

Submission of the Registration Questionnaire for the 2026 Song Camp Europe at San Felice constitutes your acknowledgement of and consent to all of the registration, payment and cancellation terms and conditions listed below.

2026 Song Camp Europe at San Felice is a production of Big Ugly Europe OÜ.

Big Ugly Europe OÜ reserves the right to refuse a sale, reject a sale, deny admission or remove from an event, any person for any reason, including, but not limited to, any harm or potential harm that person might cause, violation of the law, threats, disorderly behavior, failure to make timely payment, illegal activity, or for any other reason that is not prohibited by law.

REGISTRATION AND PAYMENTS

All rates are per-person, unless stated otherwise.

All prices are listed in Euros and subject to change. Prior sales excluded. Big Ugly Europe OÜ reserves the right to change any price, package or offering at any time without prior notice.

Upon receipt of your registration questionnaire, a customized invoice will be issued, based on your indicated selections.

Installment Payment Plan - Upon checkout, you will have the option to pay in full or in two 50% installments.

If you choose to pay your registration fee in 2 installments, you will receive a 2nd invoice and payment request for the remaining 50% balance on June 1, 2026, which will be due by August 1, 2025.

TRANSFER OF REGISTRATIONS AND CANCELLATIONS

You may transfer your Song Camp Europe registration to another individual at any time prior to September 28, 2026 and there is no charge or fees to do so.

Cancellations and refunds are subject to Song Camp Europe's terms and conditions, and are pro-rated depending upon when the cancellation occurs, according to this schedule:

Cancellation by June 1, 2026: Refund of money paid minus 20% administrative costs

Cancellation by August 1, 2026: Refund of money paid minus 50% administrative costs

Cancellations received after August 1, 2026: Refunds are not possible after August 1st, but 50% of any money paid can be applied to a future Song Camp Europe event.

Cancellations and transfers of registrations are subject to the Song Camp Europe terms and conditions.

All cancellation and registration transfer requests must be sent via email to info@songcampeurope.com.

PHOTO RELEASE

Big Ugly Europe OÜ reserves the right to use photos and videos taken during 2026 Song Camp Europe, including photos and videos that include the images of any attendees, and to use such photos and videos for advertising and marketing purposes.

I hereby give permission and license for Big Ugly Europe OÜ to use photographs and videos containing my likeness, voice and musical performances for any purpose without compensation.

I understand that Big Ugly Europe OÜ reserves all rights in regard to reproduction of said photographs and videos.

2026 SONG CAMP EUROPE at San Felice: FILMING AND PHOTOGRAPHY IN PROGRESS

Your entry onto the premises of San Felice Resort (Sporting Hotel San Felice in Illasi, Italy) will constitute your consent for us to use any photographs or video that may contain your image. If you do not consent, please do not enter.

Your entry onto the premises constitutes your agreement that Song Camp Europe and Big Ugly Europe OÜ, its affiliates, agents, representatives, successors, and assigns (collectively, "Big Ugly Europe OÜ") Have the irrevocable, perpetual, and royalty-free right to use, re-use, copy, publish, republish, in whole or in part, edit, add to, modify, and rearrange any photograph or video taken of you today (the "Photographs") in any publication or work, in any media or format, throughout the world (collectively, "use"). This means Big Ugly Europe OÜ shall have the right to use and deal with the Photographs and Video in any manner it may choose without compensation to you, and you hereby waive any right to inspect or approve such Use. You also agree that you do not retain any rights in the Photographs and Video and that Big Ugly Europe OÜ shall not be obligated to engage in any Use of the Photographs or Video, nor shall it be obligated to acknowledge you if it does. You release and forever discharge Big Ugly Europe OÜ from any and all claims, demands, and causes of action of whatever kind that arise from any Use of the Photographs and Video.

GENERAL LIABILITY RELEASE

I hereby release Big Ugly Europe OÜ, its employees, managers, vendors, owners and all associated entities, from all claims, liabilities, loss to property, damages, injuries, etc. arising out of or in connection with my purchase and/or participation in any aspect of Song Camp Europe.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

In no event will Big Ugly Europe OÜ or our event providers, suppliers, advertisers, and sponsors be responsible or liable to you or anyone else for, and you hereby knowingly and expressly waive all rights to seek, direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages of any type other than out-of-pocket expenses, and any rights to have damages multiplied or otherwise increased, arising out of or in connection with the Song Camp Europe websites, the content, or any product or service purchased through the Song Camp Europe sites, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages, and regardless of whether the claim is based upon any contract, tort, or other legal or equitable theory.

Without limiting the foregoing, you expressly acknowledge and agree that we will have no liability or responsibility whatsoever for (a) any failure of another user of the Song Camp Europe website to conform to the codes of conduct, (b) personal injury or property damage, of any nature whatsoever, whether arising in contract or in tort, resulting from your access to and use of our website and/or any facilities related thereto, (c) any unauthorized access to or use of our secure servers and/or any and all personal information and/or financial information stored therein, (d) any bugs, viruses, worms, Trojan horses, defects, date bombs, time bombs, or other items of a destructive nature which may be transmitted to or through our website, or (e) any errors, mistakes, inaccuracies, or omissions in any content.

Your sole and exclusive remedy for dissatisfaction with the website is to stop using the website. The limitations in this section will apply even if any limited remedy fails of its essential purpose. The allocation of risk between us is an essential element of the basis of the bargain between us. Our aggregate liability arising out of these terms or the use of the website will not exceed the greater of one hundred dollars ($100) or the amount you have paid us in the past twelve months.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of damages, so these may not apply to you. In such cases, our liability will be limited to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law. In no event will attorneys' fees be awarded or recoverable.

INDEMNIFICATION

If anyone brings a claim against us related to your use of the Song Camp Europe website or your violation of these Terms, you agree to indemnify, defend and hold us and our affiliated companies, event providers, suppliers, advertisers and sponsors, and each of our officers, directors, employees, and agents, harmless from and against any and all claims, damages, losses and expenses of any kind (including reasonable legal fees and costs). We reserve the right to take exclusive control and defense of any claim, and you will cooperate fully with us in asserting any available defenses.

JURISDICTION

Big Ugly Europe OÜ is an Estonian Osaühing private limited liability company based in Viimsi, Estonia. An OÜ (Osaühing) is a business structure similar to an LLC in the USA. Any disputes that may arise in connection to Song Camp Europe are under the jurisdiction of the laws of Estonia and the European Union.

Due to the nature of our events and strict cancellation policies, Big Ugly Europe OÜ strongly suggests purchasing travel insurance.
